Our state-of-the-art, all-electric tube bending equipment ensures that we can deliver the highest quality bent tubes at the lowest cost and shortest lead times. Our in-house machine shop allows us to fabricate our own bend tooling in house, minimizing our tooling charges and lead times on new projects. Our experience has provided us with the knowledge and expertise to efficiently cut tubing using the most appropriate method depending on the end use requirements. We provide tube cutting services as well as complete tube assemblies. Our CNC Fiber Tube Laser is capable of cutting tubing of all grades and alloys from .125” to 3” OD”. Laser tube cutting provides a burr-free square cut and is capable of precision cut-off, miter cuts and other machined geometries like notches, slots, and copes. 		Tube End Forming Services We offer a wide array of tube end forming capabilities that have been developed during our 70+ years of existence including swaging, flaring, flanging, beading, bulging, chamfering, crimping, tapering, notching, rounding, and many more. We can end form tubes from small hypodermic (capillary) up to 3.125” diameter. We are equipped to end form all types of metal alloys including aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, and others. Most tubing end forms are used for specific connection or pressure specifications. Many others are simply there for ease of assembly or to provide a transition. 		Laser Cutting Services At Zeman Manufacturing Co., we provide custom laser cutting of multiple types and sizes of tubing. Our flying optics fiber laser is capable of cutting steel, stainless steel, and titanium as well as copper and brass. Because the fiber laser beam is more readily absorbed than CO2 lasers, fiber lasers can cut copper and brass whereas CO2 lasers can't due to excessive beam reflection. We can cut tubing between 0.125" and 3" in outer diameter, and can hold exceptionally tight tolerances when cutting diameters less than an inch.
