At Zeman Manufacturing Co. we are proud to continue our tradition of providing general machining of exceptional quality, serving our clients with custom manufacturing services since 1936. Our capabilities cover nearly every aspect of industry, and we offer assembly, consulting, prototyping, and machining. We specialize in design, especially for the welding industry, with state-of-the-art computer equipment that can read any file format. This is complemented by advanced industrial machinery that includes a CNC Machine Center, ECOM saw, EDM saw, tube laser cutter, and a tube bender. At Zeman, we work with all types of metals, including aluminum, bundyweld, kovar, brass, rodar, Inconel, nickel 52, steel, and stainless steel. With our deep experience in the business, we offer an encyclopedic array of machining services: coining, bulging, beading, drawing, dimpling, reducing, rolling, welding, threading, swaging, and grooving are all available, and this is just a small sample. We work with parts of various sizes, including lengths up to 20" and widths up to 14". Part turning up to 6" in diameter and 12" in length is also available, and our precision equipment produces work to tolerances of ±.0005". We specialize in prototypes and low volume runes, with fast lead times available that typically run at about 3 weeks. And the quality of our work is assured by our status as an ISO 9001:2008 certified company.
