Tube End Forming Services

We offer a wide array of tube end forming capabilities that have been developed during our 70+ years of existence including swaging, flaring, flanging, beading, bulging, chamfering, crimping, tapering, notching, rounding, and many more. We can end form tubes from small hypodermic (capillary) up to 3.125” diameter. We are equipped to end form all types of metal alloys including aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, and others.

Most tubing end forms are used for specific connection or pressure specifications. Many others are simply there for ease of assembly or to provide a transition. Generally, our tooling is geared to industry standards, but variations are also common. For custom applications we are able to make all tooling in-house in a matter of days.

Understanding the end use of the tube and the role of the end forming is most helpful in determining the most cost effective solution for production. The terminology and descriptions of tube end forming are as varied as their applications.
